All systems deserve ongoing maintenance so they run efficiently and last as long as possible.

We service systems

With a service visit from Zolvo, we check that the mechanical and electrical components are functioning properly and lubricate where necessary.

After the visit, we send a service report that describes the work we have performed, and we provide suggestions for any potential improvements to the system.

Help is on the way

We help our customers get off to a good start when we deliver a system. Our experience shows that companies that ensure knowledge sharing and on-the-job training achieve the most efficient operation of their systems, as they avoid dependence on individuals.

We also offer the option to purchase helpdesk support, so any challenges are quickly addressed.

We future-proof & recycle

Zolvo develops existing systems to update them for future needs. For such tasks, we recycle as much as possible where it makes sense.

For example, there is increasing demand for self-service check-in counters at Copenhagen Airports A/S. Therefore, Zolvo is converting the existing manually operated counters 140-143 to self-service based on the additional security requirements that the change entails. The solution will be ready by Easter 2025, and the counters will thus be updated to meet the future needs for self-service.

Focus on safety

Zolvo prepares CE certifications for some systems, where we ensure that the system complies with the requirements of the EU Machinery Directive.

Among the topics covered in the CE certification are safety, health, and environmental protection. We certify both existing systems in connection with upgrades and new systems that we deliver to our customers.

A sterile task

When the sterile system at Zealand University Hospital in Køge receives a service visit, we handle everything from checking and lubricating chains to testing all emergency and safety systems.

We do the same when, for example, we service the conveyor systems at Skejby Hospital.
