It is a system that automatically handles analysis samples, blood bags and drugs. The system consists of transmitting and receiving stations connected to a network of pipes. The material is inserted into carriers which, thanks to an air flow generated by one or more fans, move inside the pipes in full autonomy. The network connects different hospital areas and enables the transport of goods, which are then collected by staff at reception stations. Handling of biological material is performed in total safety: samples and blood bags are ensured a constant temperature while moving at a controlled speed, which protects the integrity of the blood components from hemolysis.

Thanks to RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification), the system uniquely detects the carriers in motion, ensuring traceability of all shipments. A specially designed identification system ensures maximum control every time carriers are sent and received, giving only access to the system to authorized personnel.
